"Slow support response"
In my experience, support took way too long to get back to me. I know response times can vary, but it definitely felt slower than I expected.

In the end, I still got something to eat, but I was a bit disappointed because a few things on the menu that I wanted weren’t available. It kind of threw off what I had planned to order.

The place was clean enough, but the atmosphere was just kind of dull and a little dated. Nothing terrible, but definitely not somewhere I’d want to hang out for long. It felt more like a quick eat-and-go spot. The staff seemed fine, but the overall vibe was a bit ridiculous for a place trying to feel welcoming.

I ordered from ljsilvers and ended up needing to exchange one of the items because the size wasn’t right. The return process itself was simple, but then I had to wait a few days before hearing anything back, which was frustrating. They did eventually sort it out and I got the exchange, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but I kind of wish I’d bought from somewhere else. Not terrible, but not exactly a great experience either.

I use the ljsilvers app often and its been solid for me. It loads quick, doesnt crash on me, and my orders always go through without any hassle. Its simple, but thats all I really need.

"Greasy, but I needed it"
I was craving fried fish and didn’t feel like cooking, so I ordered from ljsilvers. It was definitely greasy, but in the good way, like exactly what I was hoping for. The fish and fries showed up hot and crispy, not soggy like I was kind of expecting. I mean, it’s fried food, so if you’re trying to eat light, maybe don’t blame me for recommending it. But I really liked it and it totally hit the spot for a quick dinner.

"Pretty smooth order"
Ordered from ljsilvers and didnt expect it to show up that fast. I got the shipping update not long after I paid, and the package actually came earlier than I was thinking it would. Everything was packed really well too, no dents or anything messed up. The item was wrapped nice and looked good as soon as I opened it. Just a simple, easy order with no issues at all

"Pretty decent, just a little too salty?"
The fish was okay and the fries came out hot, so that was nice. But did anyone else think everything was a bit on the salty side? The hushpuppies were probably the best part for me. Overall, not bad, just not quite as flavorful as I was hoping.

"Glad I Didn’t Skip the Sides"
I got the fries and hushpuppies with my meal, and I would’ve felt like I missed out if I hadn’t. Both came out hot and tasted really fresh. The hushpuppies had a nice crunch without being too greasy, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely get them again.

"The food was surprisingly fresh"
Ordered from ljsilvers.com i was kind of confused by how fresh everything still was when it got to me. The fish was hot and crispy, the fries somehow weren’t soggy, and it all tasted like they had just made it. Not really sure how they pulled that off, but I was happy with it.

I ordered fish and shrimp from ljsilvers, and the batter was So good. It stayed crispy by the time I sat down to eat, which I really appreciated because some places get all soggy fast. The crunch was easily my favorite part. Definitely a 5-star order for me

I used a coupon on ljsilvers the other day while ordering food, and I expected it to be one of those codes that looks good but then fails at checkout for some random reason. I was just sitting there with my order ready, probably spending too much time deciding on sides, but the discount showed up right away with no issue.
It was really easy and I didn’t have to copy and paste a bunch of different codes like I’ve had to do on other sites. Not a huge dramatic thing, but it’s always nice when a coupon simply works the way it’s supposed to.

Maybe it’s just me, but the portion sizes from ljsilvers have felt hit or miss the few times I’ve ordered. The food itself is usually okay and tastes about how I expect it to.
Some days the fish pieces seem like a decent size, and other times they look smaller than I thought they’d be. The fries and sides can feel a little light too, especially for what you’re paying.
It’s not bad enough that I’d avoid ordering again, especially if I’m craving it, but I do wish the servings were more consistent. Overall, it’s fine, just not always as satisfying as I’d hope...

Everything I ordered was actually in the bag this time—no missing sides, no forgotten sauces. The food matched the receipt, pickup was quick and easy, isn’t it nice when you don’t have to dig through the bag twice just to make sure?
